    Small changes are noticeable within the first two weeks - from the way you hold yourself to how often you may need to run to the bathroom! Think of this like compound interest: small, daily "deposits" lead to massive long-term gains. Most of our sessions are just 5 to 15 minutes, designed to fit perfectly between meetings or during a commute. Consistency is the key to building your physical equity.

    Absolutely not. While our expert-led flows are highly effective at relieving current tension and pain, the Posture Pension is primarily about "future-proofing" your body. Whether you want to fix a current slump or ensure you stay mobile and upright into your 70s, this is for you.

    Quality over quantity. Our routines aren't just random stretches; they are clinically-sequenced movements designed by mechanics and posture therapy experts. You’re getting a professional program that addresses the root cause of postural dysfunction, not just the symptoms.

    For the daily basics, no equipment is required. The goal is to disrupt sitting from the deepest muscles first. So we’ve specifically designed these to be "Desk-Friendly"; you can complete them in your work clothes, sometimes sitting right at your station. For the resistance sessions, these can come at the beginning or end of your day and usually just need a resistance band and a mat.
